Success Coaching Proves Golden
Oprah Winfrey, the most influential woman in the world, said, “What I know for sure is that what you give comes back to you.” This is exactly what Elizabeth Snyder proves golden – break records, exceed performance and achieve personal success and happiness.
I met Elizabeth at the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors local chapter meeting – I was the luncheon speaker, presenting success strategies, tips and real-life tools for achieving your goals. Within weeks we began our coaching partnership and Elizabeth was committed to a fresh start – for her new business and personal life. The challenges she was facing were not a matter of skill, but a matter of will. She knew that to achieve better results in business, she was responsible for change. This conscious choice to change “her thinking” not the business or others is what made all the difference.
Elizabeth is intent on growing her business, Main Street Financial Partners. Her daily schedule is pack filled with appointments, long hours, very little “down time” and a pace that’s grueling. She loves her work and is most passionate educating seniors to be healthy, wealthy and wise; as a Medicare specialist.
Instead of viewing on the grueling side of business ownership, Elizabeth focuses her intentions on what she can give: advice and support to seniors, encouragement and training to new agents, educating local senior communities, referrals to partnering financial and aging experts, her business savvy for new opportunities, enthusiasm to grow NAIFA membership, poise in personal leadership, and her heart as grandmother and mother of four sons.
Here’s what I want to emphasize, as Elizabeth shared this during a coaching session. What you give comes back to you – it’s in the act of giving that you receive. Elizabeth’s choice to make significant changes is not easy – sometimes working with a coach is grueling. Her golden gem – since 2010, third quarter sales performance has increased 650%. Amazing achievement!
What’s even bigger is Elizabeth’s vision for a much larger community. She wants to transform the Medicare insurance maze – on every main street across America. Her determination and commitment to give more to others continually manifests a finish up – making a difference in the lives of seniors while transforming with grace.
