Do What You Love, Love What You Do

Most people live their lives unaware of or holding onto a secret dream or desire that never sees the light of day. Either too afraid to admit what is most dear to their heart, or their lives are so filled with clutter that they can’t see the hidden gifts that they have to offer.

With that in mind, often these gifts and talents go undiscovered or underutilized because there is not enough focus and attention on the quality of our lives.

The first step in finding or doing work that you love is to figure out what you should and should not be doing with your 168 hours.  Create a List of 100 Dreams – ask yourself, “what do I want to do more of with my time?”

This exercise will prompt you to brainstorm anything you might want to do or have in your life.  This could include 10 places to live, 10 financial goals, 10 things that will make your life and work ideal. Keep going and by dream 100, you will have a long list of possibilities to help you design the blueprint plan for your life.

To you all my devout clients, colleagues, readers, and friends, thank you for teaching me to think less and to love more in my work.  Happy Valentine’s Day!
