Business Leadership and Community Service
Prior to coaching, Peg was cofounder of a family-owned health and fitness club business. Her vision of a company culture focused on enhancing the member’s experience proved to create a loyal community of members for more than 25 years. In September, 2008 she defied intense market and industry competition odds only to achieve her greatest accomplishment — a successful sales transition of the business.
Peg holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kutztown University. In addition she maintains the Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation. Peg continues to be an active leader in the region’s business community and coaching profession. She was 2016-17 Philadelphia ICF President and served on the board for five years. Her executive coaching business, PegCalvario LLC earned the Women’s Business Certification in 2016.
