Five Ways You Can Become A Better Leader

Screen Shot 2015-01-13 at 10.42.12 AMUrban Meyer has a way with motivation.  He has the amazing leadership ability to bond with his team, take complexities and make them simple to understand, and solve the mystery of putting others before yourself to propel “the unit” to a national championship.

Whether or not you watched the game, what attributed to Ohio State’s victory was transformative.  Meyer and his coaching staff took individual players with different sets of goals blended them all into one – one goal, one team, one unit.  Every player had absolute confidence in one another.

Last night, Meyer showed why Ohio State is #1 and how the great game of football applies to life and business.  Here are my insights that I believe will work for you in life, business and your family’s life.

5 Ways You Can Become A Better Leader

  1. It’s not about YOU, it’s about others.
  2. Know your “WHY” (purpose) and create a life of significance.
  3. Make yourself and the people around you better in life.
  4. Never stop trying new ways to motivate and improve performance.
  5. Deepen your relationships with an unbreakable bond.

If you want to exponentially become a better leader in your life, your work and your family’s life then contact me to experience the power of coaching.  Change your business and transform your life.

I also recommend one of my favorite books, “The Boys in the Boat” an extraordinary story about life and nine athletes’ quest for ‘36 Olympic Gold.
